Lease Administration
Our Property Management Group also provides Lease Administration Services to our corporate and investor clients. In addition to offering Jones Lang LaSalle's proprietary IMPRESS lease management system, we continually monitor and evaluate available third-party products. We then assist you in implementing and monitoring the lease administration program that best meets your current and future real estate needs, and perform regular portfolio reviews for functionality, utilization and financial opportunities.
