Forbes magazine named us in its “Platinum Top 400 List.” Jones Lang LaSalle was the only firm in the real estate industry to be honored by appearing on this prestigious list that recognizes the world’s best companies.

In 2008, 11 properties managed by Jones Lang LaSalle in Boston earned the ENERGY STAR Label from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for outstanding energy management and conservation results.

Boston Business Journal's Book of Lists named Jones Lang LaSalle among Greater Boston’s leading real estate companies in these categories: Commercial Real Estate Leasing Brokers, Commercial Real Estate Selling Brokers, Commercial Developers, Commercial  Property Managers, and General contractors.  

We were named “Developer of the Decade” by the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

North Point was awarded the American Institute of Architects’ Honor Award for Regional and Urban Design.  NorthPoint was also honored with the Willo von Moltke Award for Urban Design by the Boston Society of Architects for its new direction in modern urban design.

Engineering News Record ranked Jones Lang LaSalle 10th in its list of “Top Construction Management at-Risk Firms,” and 31st in its list of “Top 400 Contractors."

The Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) named Tamie Thompson “Broker of the Year,” the first woman to receive this honor.

The CBA also named Bill Bailey and Phil DeSimone with the "Industrial Deal of the Year" for BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. in Uxbridge, MA. John Cremmen captured the CBA “Office Deal of the Year Downtown” award for Crosstown Center, in Boston, MA.

The “Top 10 Women in Business” honor went to Cappy Daume, for her prolific work in investment sales by Women’s Business magazine.

Our Marketing Group is a winner in the Web Site Category from the Society of Marketing Professional Services.  The group has also been recognized by Graphic Design USA for the design of several publications.   

Boston Business Journal called Daniel St. Clair one of Boston’s brightest business and civic contributors in its “40 under 40” list.

United Way gave Jones Lang LaSalle its “Chairman’s Award,” for being the leading fundraiser of the region’s real estate community in 2005.
